question about 4 year requirement
Believe the answer is 'no' but being asked for the noise cancelling headphones if there is any exception to the 'every four year' requirement? We have a student who requested over the head NCHP but her eligibility doesn't happen again until the 2025-26 year. Her request is because her doctor advised her to switch to over the head HP because if inner ear problems now instead of 'in ear' that she previously purchased.
I think the 4 years is a hard and fast because there is no mention about exceptions but...wanted to see if anyone else has questioned this?
If I need to send to MCU for a decision I don't think I will get a response in time for it to be of any use. Student isn't pushing it and can wait until September 2025 but... asking anyway.
