Hi, reaching out to see if others are experiencing issues with Micro-cred published list being incorrect. I have a list of 20 courses that have been pending review in the MC portal for a few months. Students are applying for funding for these courses because on this website they note they are OSAP eligible:

However, they are not on my approved list from PSE and are still pending. My list and portal courses are matching this published list:

Is there a way I can update the microlearn Ontario website? I've emailed PSE several times to discuss but I am not getting a response.

Students are confused and upset when I deny the application and are showing me that the microlearn website says the course is eligible.
