Name change for Cost Codes
Good morning. Probably a simple question but I haven't been able to get a response from our Program Administrator.
I am working on 25-26 cost codes. There are some I want to drastically change the cost code name (but I will NOT change the Cost Code ID number). Can you think of any issue with this? For students that have already submitted their 25-26 OSAP application, I anticipate the CC will just flip to the new one i create?
2nd question - planning to delete a few CC's that are no longer required (change in program etc that can now be linked to a different CC). If a student has already applied for 25-26 OSAP but I then delete the Cost Code, does their application just go into the program information queue for us to then update? OR.. should I be sorting from the 25-26 Download to identify any students who have already applied with the to be deleted CC and update/make note and then go in and change manually to something else before I delete?
