So many MSCA registration issues!! ideas?!
Hello!
We are getting so many students running into MSCA registration issues, often with unhelpful error message codes.
Does anyone know if we have any priority phone number to call like we do with NSLSC? (wishful thinking, I'm sure...) Or other tips to deal with this bogged-down line?
Last time I tried to call the help line with a student, we were on hold for over two hours... am fearful for September when most of our MSFAA issues crop up!
