2024-25 Request for Review: Student Fixed Contribution
Hello all,
TMU had noticed that the 2024-25 Request for Review: Student Fixed Contribution (https://osap.gov.on.ca/prdosapconsum/groups/forms/documents/forms/pocont1_087106.pdf) appeal form on the OSAP website had an error that stated:
Your request will not be considered until the ministry verifies all 2022 income reported on your OSAP Application for Full-Time Students with the Canada Revenue Agency or through the ministry’s Income Verification: Canadian Non-Taxable and/or Foreign Income forms (student, parent, and/or spouse versions).
The tax year should have been listed as 2023, not 2022. An updated form has now been posted to the OSAP Forms section.
