General Discussions

Recently we have had few students coming in with incorrect advice given by NSLSC. Not saying this is on purpose but I don't think they have enough info or detail about a file to be giving out solutions for some restrictions, or sometimes they see one of the restrictions but not others on the student file. Have any of you seen an increase of students coming in with incorrect information from NSLSC?
