Hi All - We're trying to figure out how to reduce workload without impacting service. We're looking at whether all FAO's have a front counter (ie. sit at a front desk taking tickets) in their Registrar or some sort of student facing area. Please share if you're able. For the record, we currently staff a desk full business day all days and answer emails, voicemails, and ServiceNow inquiries.

Laurentian operates similarly, we have the myLaurentian Hub (front line to the registrar's office) that triages the questions and have the SME's available if required.
