Hi All - We're trying to figure out how to reduce workload without impacting service. We're looking at whether all FAO's have a front counter (ie. sit at a front desk taking tickets) in their Registrar or some sort of student facing area. Please share if you're able. For the record, we currently staff a desk full business day all days and answer emails, voicemails, and ServiceNow inquiries.
