Maximum Uploads
Hi all,
We had a student in the office today who was looking to drop off documents, which we are trying to get away from. The student showed us his portal and it indicated that he had reached his maximum uploads and advised the student to come to the office and drop them off.
We thought that previously the message advised the students to try again the next day. Has anyone else encountered this?
For schools that try to push students to upload directly, how do you handle this?

Thanks Shaun, I have emailed the webmaster as well with a few questions on the messaging and options for students who reach the max. We have many students who study online from different parts of the provice where it wouldn't be feasible to have them come in and mailed documents are a challenge at best.
