Cost Code ERROR Message - help!
Good morning
Desperately trying to upload my cost code before vacation but am not having any luck. I downloaded, input the updated information, made sure that I didn't change the Code Code ID# and that the file format was exactly the same as the download but.. I keep getting this message:
WHY? I can't figure out how to fix this.
Who at the Ministry can I reach out to? My Program Administrator is not responding to previous email earlier this week about a different question so I know she won't to this. I also reached out to the FAOWebmaster in case they had an idea or can direct me to someone to help.
Does anyone have any other suggestions?

yup..... i do this as well.
FAOWebmaster asked for the file so they could trouble shoot. Haven't heard back from them yet so.. I guess I am taking my laptop camping...
