A Call for Volunteers to Serve on the 2025-2027 OASFAA Nominations Committee
Hello OASFAA Colleagues,
In preparation for the 2025-26 OASFAA Executive Election, the OASFAA Executive is in search of two OASFAA members who are not currently serving on the OASFAA Executive to assist with the nomination/election process. Serving on the Nominations Committee will require the following commitment:
• Approximately 2-3 meetings between February 1 – March 31
• Assistance with the nomination process (month of February) as required
• Assistance with the election process (month of March) as required
Total time commitment should be approximately 4 – 5 hours.
All executive positions are for a 2-year term and the consecutive term limit for Executive positions will be three terms. Additional information on the executive positions, functions and the elections process can be found within the OASFAA Constitution. The first two members who express interest will be selected. NOTE: As a member of the Nomination Committee, you will not be eligible to be nominated for an executive position. You will however, be eligible to be acclaimed to an executive position should no nominations be received.
