Follow Up re: New DVF Reimbursement Process (MCU Insight) - Attachments Enclosed

Alright, I think I have fully covered all bases of the new Disability Verification Form reimbursement process.
As a reminder, this is separate from the upfront Psycho-Ed funding.
I did my best to ask questions as plainly as possible, being clear about what I am and am not asking.
I am attaching my questions, and MCU's response, to this post.
With this, the process is clear to my BSWD Crew and I. We now operationalized it at TMU.
We put the responsibility on our DSO. I met with them, and talked them through how to navigate conversations with students. We agreed on a shared language, approved by me. I attached a copy of the canned template.
Right now, we are not sharing this widely via website updates or blast comms. We just cannot handle that volume, sadly! The goal is to do this in spring/summer 2025.
