Edits Procedures
Hello all!
The infamous edits... Are schools recording all edits they process internally?
In the manual it says (if the student's letter and documentation are accepted) :
6. If the review is successful:
• Record the review and approval of supporting documentation.
• Satisfy the supporting documentation requirement (code 36).
Are schools recording all edits on a spreadsheet (or some sort of tracking), similarly to how you might keep track of other reviews? We have always just approved the supp docs and commented the file if the edits was a tricky one to decipher.

We do not keep track of edits internally, just approve the docs if acceptable. The only ones we keep track of are if we place on probation for attending too many programs/institutions.
