Affidavits

Good Afternoon!

I am wondering if any Financial Aid Offices provide a Notary or Commissioner of Oath to complete affidavits for OSAP purposes (Common-Law, Sole Support Parent etc)? If you do what is your process, do you charge for this service, is it by appointment, walk in? Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Have a great long weekend!!

Good morning.. Here at Laurier we have 3 who are Commissioner of Oaths for OSAP purposes. Appointment is required since we are not all in the office every day. No charge
