Bankruptcy on Spring Extensions

Hi all! We are coming across students who had bankruptcy documentation approved on their base account but with their spring reinstatement the restriction is reappearing and from what I remember from last year, this is because the Ministry requires a letter from us verifying that the student is remaining in the same program full-time with no break in study (don't think the student necessarily has to resubmit everything?). We are doing up letters for these students as we receive them and uploading to the CLR64-65 queue (hoping that's the right one). Is there anything more that others are doing to make sure these situations are reviewed quickly for the spring extension? Currently looks like that queue is still only looking at late-January 2026 documents so could take a couple months for review?

Heard back from our PA who confirmed that only the letter confirming continuous program of study requirements being met is required if a bankruptcy review was already completed in the current academic year. These requests would be eligible to be expedited and should be requested through the OSAPFAO Inquiry email account.
