Hello everyone, would like to connect with other universities that offer and charge coop ancillary fees and how it is captured on their cost codes. This year, the university has introduced a new fee structure where there will be an "entrance fee" normally charged in the first year, but because student may transfer into the program later, it could also be charged in Y2, Y3, or Y4. There will also be a "Prep course" fee that has no credit hours only billed hours and also can be taken at any time. We are concerned about creating too many new cost codes to account for the new fee and then also creating the need for a number of manual corrections later as students won't know which one to select.
