Request for Information: Fee Waiver Inquiry Form
As part of our ongoing initiative to make post-secondary accessible to all, Lakehead is looking at creating a process that will allow us to waive various institutional fees for students with financial need.
To begin creating this program, we are asking our fellow post-secondary institutions to share information regarding the fee waivers they already have in place for their students. The following Google Form will ask for the specific fee waivers that your institution offers, the eligibility requirements, the process, and the departments that oversee the specific fee waivers. Please feel free to add any additional information at the end of this form.
